  1. Fit-Out Application Form – Submitted via the DMCC Member Portal.
  1. Trade License Copy – The valid trade license of both the tenant and contractor needs to be presented in the form of a Trade License Copy.
  1. Affection Plan / Site Plan – Provided by DMCC Property Management.
  1. No Objection Certificate (NOC) – From the landlord or DMCC.
  1. Consultant & Contractor Appointment Letter – Proof of engagement.
  1. Risk Assessment & Method Statement (RAMS) – High-risk work safety documentation is called Risk Assessment & Method Statement (RAMS).
  1. Fire & Life Safety Compliance Report – Verification of fire safety measures.
  1. Insurance Policies – Workmen Compensation & Third-Party Liability.
