  1. The contractor and client need to present their valid trade license to TRAKHEES.
  1. Affection Plan / Site Plan – Provided by the landlord or developer.
  1. The Landlord/Developer needs to provide an NOC for fit-out construction work.
  1. Consultant & Contractor Appointment Letter – Proof of engagement.
  1. The document Risk Assessment & Method Statement (RAMS) provides a safety assessment together with an evaluation of work-related hazards.
  1. Fire & Life Safety Compliance Report – Verification of fire safety compliance.
  1. Insurance Policy Copies – Including Workmen Compensation and Third-Party Liability.
